Faye Boatright is a former municipal banker and capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience. During her career at Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, and US Bank, she senior-managed more than $30 billion in bonds for cities, states, and public authorities — including New York City, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis, and the District of Columbia.

Faye led transactions for the states of New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and Illinois. She served as a Member of the Board of Governors and Treasurer of The Municipal Forum of New York, where she chaired the Annual Gala for two consecutive years and significantly increased funds raised for the Forum's high school internship and college scholarship program.

She holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA with a Concentration in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Jeremy Siegel's Macroeconomics core class.

Faye resides in Weehawken, NJ. Over the course of her municipal finance career, she did not work with the Township of Weehawken.
